LASER MACHINE MODELS

The Blue Dot Easy Cut Laser Machine is your entry into industrial laser cutting.  Quick set up times and fast material changes make this an ideal machine for running small to medium sized orders.  The Easy Cut models have everything built into the machine. This means that the main on-off switch turns the laser on, resets the laser to its programmed “home” position mode and prepares the machine for its next work project. The single on-off switch also powers up the laser chiller, the vacuum hold down system and the laser pointer guide.

You can run jobs that you’ve stored in the Easy Cuts on board motion control system or load a new job via the thumb drive USB port or directly operate the laser from your computer.

The Blue Dot Pro Cut 14 Laser model is designed for cutting narrow rolls of material with efficiency.  The single cutting field is capable of processing  14” wide rolls and rolls as narrow as 3” wide.   This narrow roll model includes an integral unwind station, automatic material feed, a stacking and separating area outside of the cutting field and a material rewind system for advancing the skeletal waste for disposal. 

A microcomputer, monitor, key board, mouse and articulating work station is included to allow the laser machine to be easily programmed and operated.

The Blue Dot Laser Pro Cut Two head + Two field laser cutting machine offers the ability to cut or process two times the amount of material as our single field models. Each field can work in unison to process the same cutting or engraving file, the operator can assign different parts of a specific drawing to each field, OR select two different files and process these separate “jobs” simultaneously.

A microcomputer, monitor, key board, mouse and articulating work station is included to allow the laser machines to be easily programmed and operated. An enhanced outfeed stacking / sorting station is designed into the material outflow area. Optional material roll unwind and rewind stations are available.
